DU UG Admission CSAS 1st Round 2023: On Tuesday, Delhi University issued the first undergraduate merit allocation list. Depending on where they place on the merit list, the list allots seats for the students. According to a DU statement, 202,416 qualified candidates were taken into account for distribution in the first round based on their preferences for the programs and colleges. On the list, 7,042 students had their first choice of seats assigned to them, and more than 22,000 applicants had their top five preferences used to determine where they would sit.

DU UG Admission 2023: Procedure

• Using the normalized CUET results supplied by the National Testing Agency, the merit scores were determined. Candidates must sign in to their Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) dashboard following the release of the allocation list in order to accept any offered seats. The seat must be accepted by August 4 till 4:59 p.m.

• If a candidate receives more than one seat offer in a given round, they must accept and take admission to just that one seat. The candidate will be disqualified from participating in the subsequent rounds of the CSAS(UG)-2023 and will forfeit the seat that had been provisionally allocated if no action is taken.

• The concerned college will check the candidate’s eligibility and upload documents online once they accept the provisionally allotted seat. The verification process must be finished by August 5. The deadline for fee payment is August 6 (5 pm).

• If an application is rejected during the online verification, the college will provide a reason for the rejection, and if the college raises any queries during the online approval process, the candidate must respond online through the dashboard. If an application is provisionally allocated a seat but the admission fee is not paid within the specified time, the provisionally allocated seat will be canceled, and the candidate will not be considered for any subsequent allocation rounds in the current year.

• If a candidate is satisfied with the seat allotted, he or she may “freeze” their admissions; in this case, they will not be taken into consideration for subsequent allocations after the fee has been paid.

DU UG Admission 2023: Information on 2nd Round

On August 10, the university will release the second merit list; alternatively, accepted candidates may select the “upgrade” option, which gives them the opportunity to upgrade to a higher preference submitted earlier and to reorder program and college combinations.

TNEA Rank List 2023: Today, the rank list for the B.E., B.Tech, and B.Arch programs was made public by Tamil Nadu’s Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE). This year, top students may pursue other streams like electronics and communication engineering (ECE) and IT and computer science engineering (CSE) courses. TS EAMCET 2023 Phase 1 Counseling: Beginning today, June 26, registration for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) counseling 2023 Phase 1 will be open. The TS EAMCET 2023 exam occurred between May 7 and May 11, 2023, and the results were made public on May 25. For the academic year 2023–2024, this exam serves as the entry point for enrollment in various undergraduate professional programs offered in Telangana, including those in engineering, agriculture, medicine (Pharmacy, veterinary medicine, etc.), and medical.

TS EAMCET 2023 Phase 1 Counseling: Process

This year’s TS EAMCET counseling process has been broken down into two phases: the first phase beginning on June 26 and ending on July 19. Step 5: Upload the necessary documents as specified in the following specification.
Step 6: Pay the necessary processing fee to complete the TS EAMCET counseling process.
Step 7: Check the application form very carefully.
Step 8: Submit it.

All Indian universities and HEIs are welcome to use the CUET score for admission to undergraduate programs as a result of a notification that was issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC). All State Universities, Deemed Universities, Private Universities, and Other Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) have been urged to follow its directives.

On February 16, 2023, the Commission issued a notification encouraging all institutions to administer UG admissions based on CUET results. According to UGC, this initiative will give all students from various boards equal opportunity and spare students from taking multiple entrance exams that are held on various dates, occasionally converging.

According to the official letter, “the UGC invites and encourages all state universities, deemed to be universities, private universities, and Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) to adopt and use the CUET score for admission in their UG programs.” This will save students from having to take multiple entrance examinations that are held on different dates, sometimes converging.

Registrations for the CUET UG 2023 program have started, and students can submit applications at cuet.samarth.ac.in. The online application must be submitted by March 12, 2023, at the latest. The CUET UG exam will start taking place on May 21, 2023.

The official notice states that the CUET will continue to have the same number of subjects and question format. In addition to one or two languages, the general exam and as many as six domain subjects are open to candidates.

Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Malayalam, Assamese, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia, and English will be among the 13 languages used for the CUET exam in 2023. Three shifts will be worked each day.

Application Fee for IGNOU Admission 2023

The IGNOU begins accepting applications for its UG and PG programs, such as BA, BCom, MSc, MA, etc., in two cycles: January and July. Although IGNOU’s application fees vary, they begin at INR 300 for specialized programs.

The BEd, PhD, and BSc Nursing entrance exam application deadlines have been announced by the Indira Gandhi National Open University. The university is offering courses named as Basics of Digital Marketing, Tailoring and Embroidery Training, Beautification Training, Computer Hardware and Networking, and Bakery Training. The Basics of Digital Marketing will be offered in an online mode and the duration of the course will be 50 hours. The fee for the course will be Rs. 5000.

All the other four courses will be offered in offline mode, for which the students will have to attend the classes for three months. The students wishing to enroll in the morning session of 10 AM to 2 PM will have to pay Rs. 3000, while those wishing to attend the evening classes from 5 PM to 8 PM will have to pay Rs. 5000.

There will be only a four day gap between the first and second semester for the students. On October 18, the first list of available seats will be made public. The second list will follow on October 30, and the third list will be made public on November 10. Therefore, the start of the academic year will precede the university’s release of the third list of seat allocations.

The theory exam for the first semester will be held from February 27 to March 15 in accordance with the academic calendar, and the theory exam for the second semester will take place from July 17 to July 28.

Across 67 colleges, departments, and centers, there are 79 UG programs that are accepting applications. The programs offer 206 different BA course combinations. This is the first time that Delhi University is taking admissions through any other examination for the undergraduate course instead of the merit in 10+2.

Admissions to all the courses are to be given through an online portal called the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). The admission process is going on and it is entirely based on the performance of the students in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2022).
