For UG courses, the CUET 2024 Application Form was made available in February, 2024. Dates for the exams have been released. All of the Central Universities (CUs) will offer admission into a variety of UG and PG programs through this program. All applicants across the nation, including those from rural and remote areas, will have equal opportunities and access to a common platform thanks to the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). There will be 154 testing locations across the country. The National Testing Agency (NTA), a division of the Ministry of Education (MoE), will manage the examination. Separate CUET exams will be held for undergraduate and graduate level programs. CUET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Prior to submitting an application for CUET 2024, applicants must confirm their compliance with the following eligibility requirements:

● Nationality: Applicants must be Indian citizens.
● Candidates for the UG program must have passed the 12th-level exam to be eligible. It will be assumed that applicants who failed one or more subjects are ineligible.
● Age Restrictions: There won’t be any restrictions on applicants’ ages for the CUET UG 2024 exam.

CUET 2024 Application Process

The candidates have to follow the given process to apply for the entrance examination.

● Go to the CUET 2024 official website.
● Select “Registration” if you want to register for the first time.
● Carefully read the instructions and process for submitting the form online.
● Complete the required personal information and other fields.
● Select a password, complete the security pin, and provide the remaining information.
● Review your information and enter the information for your OTP.
● Enter your application number and password to log in.
● Type the name of your preferred university and program.
● Decide on the test subject and paper for the first or second slot of the exam.
● Based on your preferences, choose four test locations.
● Submit a passport-sized photo and your signature in the format required.
● Double-check the information, and then pay the appropriate fee for the number of courses.
● At this point, select “Submit.”

CUET 2024 Cutoff marks

A separate announcement of the CUET 2024 cutoff will be made by participating institutes. Accordingly, the cutoff is the minimum score needed to pass the exam. While participating institutes will publish unique cutoffs for each program they offer, NTA will only publish the qualifying cutoff. The CUET cutoff scores were determined using a variety of criteria, including the exam’s level of difficulty, the number of test-takers, and available seats.

CUET 2024 Counseling

The participating institutes will run their own counseling sessions for CUET 2024. After the results are announced, each institute will publish its merit list based on the eligible applicants. The counseling process, which will probably take place online, will require interested candidates to register before they can participate. There are typically three rounds of counseling, but this can change based on the availability of seats. Candidates must accept the admission offer by reporting to the institutes and having their documentation verified after the seat allocation results are made public. In a few programs, interview rounds will be held in place of counseling sessions. What is IMU CET?

The Indian Maritime University (IMU) was founded on 14th November 2008 under the authority of the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. The university was founded to promote its main areas, i.e maritime studies, research, training, and extension. The aim of the university is to focus on emerging areas like maritime history, oceanography, maritime security, maritime laws, search and rescue, cargo, environmental studies, and more, and serve excellence in all the areas.

Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test 2024 (IMU CET) will be organized in the 2nd week of June 2024 by Indian Maritime University for various UG and PG courses. However, the IMU CET organizing committee will soon release the IMU CET 2024 Registration and Exam Dates in the 2th week of June 2023. MU CET will be conducted in the online world, and the candidates will have to answer MCQ-type questions. As per the IMU CET exam pattern, the exam will be worth 120 marks. For every correct answer, one mark will be awarded, and there are no negative marks for the wrong answer.
